Better to be roughly correct than detailed and wrong.
The Pareto principle (80/20 rule), named after Vilfredo Pareto (1848–1923), is used in many areas of everyday life:
It is often the case that a significant portion (80%) of 100% can be achieved with relatively little effort (20%).
Conversely, however, the last 20% also require a multiple of the effort (80%).
That's why I believe that in the first step, it's better to be roughly correct than detailed and wrong!
Subtleties are taught in a second step.
So, with minimal effort, it is possible to present even complex and complicated issues.
convey in an understandable way.
That's why I try to present things as simply as possible in order to convey a rough picture.
Because something isn't perfect when there's nothing more you can add to it,
but when there is nothing left to leave out.
This applies not only to my favorite subject, Internet & CyberSecurity,
but for all areas without exception. You just have to make an effort.
What remains is “an eye for the essentials” – and that's what matters, isn't it?
Clarity
Openness and honesty ensure transparency and clarity. Questions are always allowed and expressly encouraged, because: If you don't ask, you don't learn...
Appreciation
Human dignity is inviolable. That is enshrined in our constitution, and we should remind ourselves of this more often. Especially when we post on social media...
Commitment
If I say I'll be there at 2 p.m., I'll be there at 2 p.m. And if it's clear that I won't be there at 2 p.m., I'll let you know in advance. And that doesn't just apply to times...

Kommunikation
Communication is everything ...
Without communication, everything is nothing.
Dialogue is always necessary.
If something goes wrong, say it.
If something's going right, say so!
Early intervention protects against unpleasant surprises.
Proactive listening costs nothing and brings great rewards.
In the end, it's the result that counts – for everyone involved.
Peoplemanagement
A team is not a group of people who work together.
A team is a group of people who trust each other.
High-performance teams are characterized by mutual trust and the ability to pursue a common goal consistently, without hesitation or fear. It gives me immense satisfaction to be able to contribute my experience to such a team.

What I find exciting
“I love it when a plan works...”
(Hannibal, The A-Team)
I find tasks that require people and processes to be optimally coordinated particularly appealing. I strive to transform complexity and apparent intricacy into simplicity. Constant monitoring of success is paramount in this regard. CIP—Continuous Improvement Process!
